Very inspiring coffee session with Ai Li when she shared all her experiences as a Finance Manager in Shell Refinery Company, Port Dickson.

We talked about safety, we talked about managing board of directors, and we talked about what SRC PD actually does.

Can't wait to hear more from her on her coming role in upstream!

I guess, the apple tea story truly inspired me a lot. Instead of asking what is the price of the apple tea, probably we should dig further....like which kind of apple is this apple tea made from? Is the plastic of this bottle is BPA free? How many percentage of sugar level in this tea? etc.

Of course, to ask such quality question, you would have to equip yourself with sufficient knowledge in the specific areas. And that is how you gain your confidence level and also to gain other people trust towards you.
