舍不得。

短短的几天，听到两个老板 (Team Manager) 要走了.....心也会想，我们的大老板 (Senior Team Manager) 和 大大老板 (Operation Manager) 受得了吗？

我的部门很大，两百多个人，under 两个 STM, 每个 STM 旗下各有三个 TM. 而我这个 South East Asia Cluster 就走了两个很年轻很有本事经验也相当丰富的老板。

说实在点，其实一个是升了职，去了别个 department 当上 STM. 另一个却是真正走了.....

有一个时间，我的组没老板，而那时的我们都很自力更生，有什么问题都会很独立的去找这两个老板。而我最常接触的是将要辞职的 Wai Son.

一个让我在整个部门发光发亮甚至 OM 也看到我存在的老板

一个一直不断督促我鞭策我却又很疼我的老板

一个 excel skills 是神的 level 样样都很强却又觉得我是他学习对象的老板

一个第一次一起打篮球却可以无条件去相信队友的老板

一个为人很低调却又很喜欢私底下捧自己的老板

一个不断告诉我这个公司有多好却也常叫我多出去面试作市场调查

一个人生里不常遇到的良师益友

根本接受不到这个消息。有多少次，我多希望我是他的组，好好追随他跟他多学习。

Dear Wai Son,

Thanks to all the guidance and coaching you have given to me all this while. To be very frank, you are the first Team Manager that encourages me to be myself and shine on as I always do. Thank you again for being the one that recognizes the efforts, the one that be with especially when handling tough stakeholders and most importantly, trying to grow me to be a more competent staff and a tomorrow's leader. Those great advice are always in my mind and I hope I am better than what I am now the time you are back. All the best in your endeavours in new company. Looking forward to work with you again. Cheers! :)
